ELIGIBILITY?

Testing is ONLY FOR Franklin County Schools K-12 Staff, students, and their families

WHEN, WHERE, AND TIME?

Every Tuesday and Thursday   from 3:00 – 6:00pm, MUST be in line by 5:30pm 

 (Tuesday & Thursday afternoon) TESTING will be performed at Franklin County Health Department – Public Health Center  (851 East-West Connector)

Every Tuesday from 11:45 am – 1:45 pm 

TESTING will be performed at Franklin County High School or Western Hills High School 

Every Thursday from 11:45am – 1:45pm

TESTING will be performed at Bondurant Middle School or Elkhorn Middle School 

HOW TO FIND TESTING RESULTS?

At the bottom of the page, click on the button – CLICK HERE TESTING RESULTS to login to your account to review testing results. 

HOW TO REGISTER?

PLEASE NOTE you must pre-register for all events!  

Please read the directions above for testing days, times, and testing locations! 

Once submitted, the participant will be registered in the MAKO Test System (see example below)

Testing is for the entire community.  

WHEN & TIME?

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday  from 7:00 – 9:00am. 

 

WHERE?

TESTING will be performed at Franklin County Health Department – Public Health Center  (851 East-West Connector)

 

HOW TO FIND TESTING RESULTS?

Gravity Labs will email testing results to the email provided at the registration.  

HOW TO REGISTER?

PLEASE NOTE!!  No pre-registration is required!
