Providers or Pharmacies who want to offer COVID-19 vaccine
Local providers and pharmacies who are interested in enrolling to be a vaccine provider need to go to the following website: https://govstatus.egov.com/ky-covid-vaccine.
KDPH will utilize the following systems and platforms to share information and manage the COVID-19 vaccination campaign (where applicable):
- Kentucky Immunization Registry (KYIR)
- Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS)
- Vaccine Tracking System (VTrckS)
