If you have been in *CLOSE CONTACT with someone diagnosed with COVID-19:

 “I am positive”
To determine your quarantine release date. Please enter the date you were last in contact with the COVID-19 positive individual.
If you are a parent of a child who is positive (or are unable to isolate away from the positive individual), your last day of exposure is their last day of isolation.

 


If you have been identified as someone who is a *close contact of COVID-19 positive case and are unvaccinated, or if you are a parent of a child who is positive (or are unable to isolate away from the positive individual), your last day of exposure is their last day of isolation.
*Close Contact – you have been within 6ft, unmasked, for greater than 15 minutes in a 24 hour period.
The quarantine date listed above is based on 10 days from your last exposure to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 and that you continue to be symptom-free. If symptoms develop, please get tested.
*Quarantine may be shortened to 7 days if you have no symptoms and test negative for COVID-19 on day 5, 6, or 7.
If you are fully vaccinated you do not need to quarantine but are recommended to get tested 3-5 days after exposure.

If symptoms last longer than 14 days, you should follow-up with your primary care physician for further guidance.
